Shriner’s Hospital provides medical care, without cost, to children up to age 21. They also provide a place for parents and guardians to stay near the patient, when needed. Quilts, toys and pillows are requested.

Old Folks Home 3/2/08 - DONE
Lap Quilts and craft supplies.

Lap quilts are needed for wheelchair residents of local Old Folks Homes. Quilts can be made of all materials and also knitted or crocheted. The Old Folks Home has requested crafts and activity supplies as well to keep the residents busy and happy. Some of the supplies requested are crochet hooks, knitting needles, yarn, puzzles, books in large type and paints. Do you have a craft kit you never got finished? Your unwanted and/or unfinished cross stitch, embroidery, sewing or other projects would be gratefully accepted.

The flooding in Missouri has created a crisis and parts of Missouri are devastated. Household goods, clothing, blankets, bedding, baby items, and more are needed. Monetary donations to cover cleaning supplies and food for those in need is gratefully accepted.

Domestic violence finds this young mother with a newborn baby boy on her own and without financial support. She is living with friends, but needs warm clothing, blankets, diapers, and baby hygiene products for her little one. New or gently used clothing or bedding would be appreciated, and donations of newborn size diapers and baby bath, etc as well.
