Exciting news – we have a snap press and snaps coming.

Such exciting news. We have been needing a way to put the snaps on the hospital gowns and other items we are making for the sick and needy and after a ton of research and help from wonderful people, we have a snap press and 5000 snaps coming!

I can’t tell you how excited I am. After doing the 400 snaps on the 50 hospital gowns that we already donated to the hospital, my hands were black and blue and swollen for weeks because I did them by hand! Now we will be able to do the items much faster and get them to where they are needed and with a lot less pain!

A huge thank you to the snap press company for the substantial discount and to Grandmother’s Attic who paid for the press and snaps. Relief Share is tapped out of funds because every penny is getting spent on the twin size quilts and we are grateful for the help in getting the snap press and snaps.
